Application for Modern Skills For Modern Chefs Course
You must be available full time from Monday 14th January until Friday 5th April. If these dates are unsuitable, please note we shall be running another course in September 2019.
Please be aware that an interview is part of the application process.
Tuition for the complete 11-week Modern Skills for Modern Chefs Course is €5,200. In addition to all course material, this fee includes the provision of uniforms, knives and cookery text books.
€500 is payable as a non-refundable deposit at the time of Student Acceptance. The remaining €4,700 is payable on 7th January 2019.
