Thomastown School of Food’s full equipped and HACCP approved incubation kitchen, offers small food producers access to a professional production kitchen at flexible and reasonable rates.

Whether you are an established producer who needs additional space, a start-up or micro business looking for a space to grow or a food truck who needs to do bulk prep, our facilities can meet all your needs.

Incubation Kitchen Rates 2021

  • €100 inclusive of vat (Micro enterprise) full day (8 hours)

  • €60   inclusive of vat (Micro enterprise) half day (4 hours)

  • €120 inclusive of vat (larger enterprise) full day

  • €150 inclusive of vat (corporate entities)  full day.
