This hands-on class will include kneading, moulding, shaping and baking. You’ll also learn how to make yeasted and sourdough breads. Of course it won’t be all work. We will have a delicious lunch using fresh produce from our garden for you to enjoy.
We will be giving away starters for you to continue making sourdough bread at home. Please bring along a container or a jar with a lid if you would like to take one away with you.
