Fit and Fresh


Kick start your New Year on a positive note and join Chef Eadaoin and Personal Trainer Dee M Fitness for a morning of juices, healthy snacks, nutritious meals and more. Guests will be welcomed with a freshly made juice and energy ball on arrival and will then take their seats and enjoy an informal Q and A session with Personal Trainer Dee M Fitness. Dee will be on hand to answer all of your fitness and training related questions to help you establish a healthy routine for the New Year. She will also advise you on building your plate, what macronutrients are and the best sources of carbs, fats and proteins. You will then cook up a delicious healthy lunch with Chef Eadaoin based around Dee’s nutritional advice and finish the afternoon off by sitting down to eat together. You will leave with your very own Healthy Eating recipe booklet and a host of new ideas to keep fit this year. This class is also available to buy as a Christmas voucher!
