This three-week, hands-on cookery course covers a wide range of basic and modern recipes, alongside many different cooking techniques, but – most importantly – it’s lots of fun!
As one of our past students said: ‘”It gave me the confidence to go back in the kitchen without having the fire brigade on standby!” It is the ideal course for beginners or those interested in having a well rounded approach to cooking and cuisine.
You will cover soups, breads, one pot dishes, baking, vegetarian options and much, much more. Why not try something new this year!
This course will take place on the 21st and 28th of October as well as the 4th of November, 2019. Classes start at 7pm.
