Join us at the School of Food in picturesque Thomastown, Co. Kilkenny, as we celebrate the finish of our Spring session of Modern Skills for Modern Chefs. This dinner is a celebration of the many skills our students have acquired over the past eleven weeks and the perfect finish to a great course. On arrival guests will be treated to our bespoke School of Food Springtime cocktail before taking their seats and enjoying an 8 course tasting menu featuring the very best of our local, seasonal produce. Ticket price includes wine.
