Get inspired with Jennifer Bay as she cooks a range of tasty and easy midweek meals over 4 weeks.

From one pot wonders to roasts; the course is designed to use a variety of seasonal herbs and vegetables and some of the lesser used cuts of meat.

Each class will run from 7-8pm each Monday in March 1st, 8th, 15th & 22nd. Via ZOOM. 

Learn how with careful planning you can avoid food waste and reduce your shopping bill.

You will also get plenty of tips and ideas on using leftovers.
